AI is changing how people search, and Olavi helps marketers stay ahead. We use AI agents to automate and optimize visibility in AI-driven search. Our first version is live, we're growing quickly with paying users, and now we're looking for a hands-on technical cofounder to help us build a scalable foundation.

Technical Co-founder (Equity-Based)

We're looking for a hands-on technical cofounder to join our early-stage startup. You'll help build the product, make foundational tech decisions, and build an AI-first company that leads the next wave of Search Marketing: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Olavi helps marketing teams automate and optimize their visibility using AI agents. We're already working with leading agencies and brands, and momentum is growing. You are a good fit if:

• You move fast, ship quickly, and learn directly from users.
• You think in possibilities, take initiative, and thrive on ownership.
• You understand the product beyond the code: What problem are we solving, what value are we creating, and who will be using this feature?
• You value clarity and open communication.
• You have a strong engineering background; you've built and scaled systems and led teams.
• Fluency across backend and frontend technologies, you don't need to know every stack, but you can go deep where it counts.
• You are curious about emerging tech and AI, and have a balanced perspective on how and when to integrate it.
• You are based in the Netherlands (our office is in Utrecht).

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical vision and product execution
• Build, test, and ship the next iterations of Olavi
• Make key decisions about AI tooling, architecture, and long-term scalability
• Help set the culture and grow a strong tech team as we grow
• Collaborate closely with the 2 other cofounders (business + product)
