Technical Claims Training Specialist

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to support our General Insurance function for 12 months. You'll design, develop and deliver claims technical training programs, while coaching staff and aligning with competency frameworks.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders, facilitate diverse training methods, and ensure records are maintained in the LMS. This role offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to impact staff capability and performance.
