Technical Business Analyst - digital consulting

Technical Business Analyst is required by a global technology innovation organisation to join their digital consulting team working on some of the most complex and technologically advanced programmes in the UK.

This role will be focused on providing business analysis support across a portfolio of application development projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and turn complex requirements into clear, practical delivery artefacts.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and facilitating requirements elicitation using structured, best-practice approaches
• Analysing complex business and technical problems and shaping effective digital solutions
• Translating requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Business Use Cases
• Actively contributing to Agile delivery teams and supporting BDD practices
• Leading and facilitating stakeholder and discovery workshops
• Collaborating closely with software engineers and data/AI specialists on advanced solutions

Required experience and skills:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on application development projects.
• A software engineering background, any experience in Python will be beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, including knowledge graphs.
• Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
