Job Description
Role Summary
As the team continues to grow in size and capability, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Technical Assistant to support with a range of technical and administrative tasks that improve our internal processes and client deliverables, including bug testing, utilising a variety of software tools, producing guidance documents for a variety of audiences, as well as encouraging further innovation and idea generation across the entire workforce.
We recognise that many aspects of this role can be supported by AI tools, making it well-suited to individuals with an interest in these technologies and who can leverage them proficiently. You will have the opportunity to work with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and other emerging AI-driven solutions, extending beyond traditional low-code solutions like Budibase or VBA to drive our work forward.

- Responsibilities: In this exciting new role, you will support the Technical Development Team with a range of tasks to enhance internal processes and client deliverables, including bug testing, utilising Excel, low-code, AI and QA tools, developing guidance documents, as well as encouraging technical innovation across the company
- Salary: £34,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience
- Benefits: Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year, hybrid and flexible working options, generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, full funding for external training, and more
- Role Type: Full-time, permanent role
- Start Date: We are currently recruiting for start dates throughout 2025, including August and September, and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form

- Researching and evaluating new software, including AI-driven solutions, to address evolving business needs
- Acting as a contact point for troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues for colleagues

- An understanding of web application testing methodologies and frameworks
- An awareness of emerging AI-driven platforms like Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and how they can be integrated into day-to-day workflows
