Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT architecture solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and its integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IT architecture solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure integration methods for both internal and external data sources and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the efforts to upgrade and improve the stability of existing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Ensure that the solutions are designed for production and can be delivered efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of working solutions and ensure they meet the client's business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong consultancy background; proper understanding of customer engagements and taking responsibilities on behalf of end customers.
• Experience in managing platform upgrade risks and mitigations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CRM systems and application development.
• Knowledge of API-led integration approaches.
• MDM experience and migration of CRM platforms.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Delivery architecture with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
