Technical Architect - Cybersecurity (SSH Key Management) Location:Edinburgh or Sheffield

Duration: 6 months Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking aTechnical Solutions Delivery Architectto join their team and lead the delivery of secure architecture and design-focusing onSSH key managementand broader identity and access management domains. The Role As a Technical Solutions Delivery Engineer, you'll be responsible for managingend-to-end solution designacross complex cybersecurity initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders, design authorities, and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, architectural standards, and security best practices. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with business and security requirements. Document architecture patterns, design decisions, and technical risks. Present solutions to senior stakeholders and design authorities. Act as a subject matter expert in SSH key management and privileged access. Ensure governance and peer review of all design artefacts. Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
- Proven expertise incybersecurity architecture, particularly inSSH key management, identity & access management, and cryptography. Experience working on large-scale IT transformation programmes. Strong understanding of architectural governance and technical risk management. Proficiency in tools such asBizzDesign, Archi, UML,Jira, andConfluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
