Technical Application Manager - 12+ Months - Hybrid/Den Haag

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Technical Application Manager to join a leading Public Sector client of ours. This role will be responsible for the technical life cycle management of applications, impact analysis, release management, service performance, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of a complex application landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and service providers to deliver reliable and secure IT services.

Requirements for Technical Application Manager role:

• Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Strong knowledge of application life cycle management, technical change management, and release deployment processes.
• Experience performing impact analyses, testing coordination, and production implementations.
• Ability to plan and coordinate technical activities, resource allocation, and service improvements.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, ASL, BiSL, and PRINCE2.
• Understanding of information security principles, availability, integrity, and confidentiality requirements.
• Familiarity with application architecture, infrastructure environments, databases, integration services, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of license management and IT governance processes.

• Location: 1-2 days per week in The Hague
• Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor (With option to become permanent after 12 months)
