Tech Transformation Lead - AI & Agentic Engineering

TechShack is assisting a UK media client with an Interim Director of Technical Transformation role in London. This is an outside IR35, 6-month engagement with a hands-on, technically skilled leader who will drive architecture direction during a major transformation.

The role focuses on agentic engineering, LLM-powered applications, governance, and coaching engineers through change. Start 28 September, rate up to £625/day, hybrid onsite up to 2 days/week.
