Tech Transfer Lead

Tech Transfer Lead - Ireland, Dublin - 11 Month Contract

Our client is a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation, specialising in the development and manufacture of cutting edge drugs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end technology transfer activities for biologics drug substance processes, including upstream, downstream, and all related unit operations.
• Develop and execute transfer strategies and plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and readiness to ensure successful transfer into manufacturing.
• Partner with process development teams to transfer critical process knowledge, such as CPPs, control strategy, and material attributes, into the manufacturing environment.
• Lead cross functional teams and manage risks, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, resolving issues, and driving mitigation plans to support successful transfer execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process development, MSAT, manufacturing, or tech transfer with solid upstream/downstream knowledge.
• Deep understanding of biologics drug substance processes and cGMP environment, including process validation, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven cross functional leadership and project management capability, including experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills, critical for coordinating across sites, teams, and external partners.
