Tech Training Program Specialist (Assoc-Sr.)

Regeneron is currently seeking a Technical Training Program Specialist to join our Technical Training team within Industrial Operations & Product Supply (IOPS). In this role, you will help drive employee development, support GMP compliance, and enable operational success through effective learning programs and training solutions.
Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland. This is a full-time onsite position. This role partners with cross-functional teams across IOPS to support training and compliance initiatives.
What You'll Do:- Partner with business stakeholders to support GMP training compliance and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate technical training programs and organizational learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and learning resources.
- Coordinate the development of on-the-job training content, task evaluations, work instructions, and job aids.
- Conduct learning needs analyses and gap assessments to support employee development.
- Maintain and update role-based training curricula and training matrices.
- Support the deployment of training content for new and revised processes through IOPS quality systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve training programs, materials, and processes.
- Monitor training compliance and provide reports and insights to support business objectives.
- Utilize learning management systems to manage training activities, maintain records, and support site metrics.
- Support GMP training activities, audits, inspections, change controls, and other quality system initiatives as required.

Let's Find Out if We're a Fit:- Requires a BS/BA in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- For Associate Program Specialist: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- For Program Specialist: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- For Senior Program Specialist: 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting training programs, learning systems, GMP compliance, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range (annually) €46,200.00 - €88,400.00
