Tech Talent Partner (Hybrid) - Uncapped Commission

Shareforce is seeking a driven Talent Specialist to support recruitment for leading Management Consultancies and technology-focused organisations. You will build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, manage a candidate portfolio, draft and place adverts, and source top talent through networking and LinkedIn headhunting.

You will brief candidates on roles, culture, salary, and benefits; review CVs for high-quality shortlists; and coordinate interviews with clients.
