Tech-Savvy Support & Data Research Specialist (Hybrid)

GlobalLogic Cork is seeking a Customer Service and Business Data Technician to support Apple product users in English. You will research, analyze and validate information using web maps, news articles, social media and official sites.

The role requires excellent written and spoken English, at least 2 years in technical support, graduation or equivalent, and the ability to communicate with internal teams. Location is the Apple Office in Cork and a hybrid working model is available.
