Monzo is seeking a Player Coach to lead a small squad of Recruiters in a senior leadership role within our Tech Hiring team. You'll shape hiring plans, partner with Execs, and ensure a high-performing, inclusive recruiting function while remaining hands-on with skilled talent acquisition.

You'll guide and develop Recruiters, manage priorities, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact to offer.
