Teamleider Crossdock

As a team leader at STEF you are responsible for leading and coordinating daily cross-dock operations in a logistics company working in a 3-shift system. The Team Leader ensures smooth inbound and outbound flow, monitors team performance, and supports the achievement of operational targets. Main duties include organizing work within the shift, solving operational issues, maintaining quality and safety standards, and cooperating with other departments to keep the process running efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in logistics, preferably in cross-dock or warehouse operations, including leadership roles.
• Strong team leadership
• Workflow optimization
• Problem-solving
• Time management, and staff scheduling; proficient in MS Office and logistics software
