This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
Application ProcessAs part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment (Working with Numbers Assessment and Retail Scenarios Assessment). If you have not had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last six months and you succeed, you will be invited to a video or phone interview, followed by an in store assessment or interview.
For management roles, this may also include a competency based interview. If successful, recruiters will issue a job offer and next steps will be communicated.
