What You Will Do
Lead and manage a Duty Locality Team delivering high-quality services to children and families
Support and oversee social workers to ensure safe, timely, and effective decision-making
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and support vulnerable children
Monitor performance and implement service improvements where required
Represent the team at multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategic planning
