Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate.

The role

As the Team Manager, you will report into the Client Service Manager and be leading a team of committed and professional Client Service Administrators. This leadership role requires an experienced people leader and expertise in how a Wealth Management firm operates to service its private clients and external IFA's. Titan Private Wealth prides itself on the level of personal service it provides to its clients and this team is at the heart of providing that service. The Harrogate Office has ambitious growth plans to contribute to the overall success of the Titan Group so it's critical you have the energy and ambition to lead the team forward for the next stage of our growth. and contribute to the overall success of the Group.

The company offers a hybrid home and office based working model, with the preference for the successful candidate to be in the Harrogate office at least 4 days per week. Travel maybe required to the Peterborough and London offices when needed.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the client service team.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and efficient ways of working so that the team can support the Investment Management team and external IFA's as the Client base grows and they work collaboratively together.
  • Oversee the daily performance of the team and ensure the correct controls are in place and we meet our Regulatory obligations, capturing Regulatory change that impacts the team and processes.
  • Oversee the processes in client services and be able to step in when necessary to carry out tasks, ensure procedures are up to date and accessible for people to follow.
  • To be able to carry out the day-to-day tasks in Client Services to ensure the team are adhering to the regulatory requirements including our CASS obligations.
  • Be responsible for process change and process improvement, working with the Client Service Manager to review processes between the teams so that they are fit for purpose and deliver the most efficient service for the Client.
  • Ensure compliance with the appropriate regulation and policies.
  • Develop strong and effective team relationships with the wider Titan Group.
  • Proactively drive the people agenda to drive and embed the company values and vision and promote our culture.
  • Be flexible to work in an environment that sometimes requires longer hours to be worked to deliver the service to our Clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management firm. With a good understanding of client service.
  • A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with colleagues at varying levels.
  • Previous experience in overseeing, training or managing more administration team members is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be adept at building relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience of working in fast paced environment
