Will be working any 5 of the 7 days with a mixture of AM shifts and PM shifts. Must be fully flexible.

• Early shift: 05:00 - 13:15
• Late shift: 13:15 - 22:00

What you'll be doing

• Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage positivity.
• Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations.
• Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding results and KPI performance.
• Plan resources, ensure stock accuracy, and security using forecasts and trends.
