Shift hoursWill be working any 5 of the 7 days with a mixture of AM shifts and PM shifts. Must be fully flexible.
- Early shift: 05:00 - 13:15
- Late shift: 13:15 - 22:00

What you'll be doing- Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage positivity.
- Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations.
- Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding results and KPI performance.
- Plan resources, ensure stock accuracy, and security using forecasts and trends.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, unionised environment.
- Proven track record in managing multi-drop and final mile delivery operations.
- An inclusive management style that embraces diversity and motivates colleagues.
- Customer-focused decision-making that delivers outstanding outcomes.
