Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or by arrangement: TEAM LEAD NURSES (M/F) Activity rate of 60% fixed term for 12 months. Your missions: Manage, accompany, and support a multidisciplinary team of about thirty people to ensure favorable working conditions and quality home care in accordance with institutional standards. Actively collaborate in developing a dynamic, positive, and caring working environment. Contribute to ensuring that CMS clients receive equitable and efficient services, in accordance with the values and programs defined by AVASAD and by implementing team projects to respond to the evolution of health policy in home care. Collaborate closely with the Management Committee by facilitating continuous workflows. Your profile and your qualifications: Degree in the socio-health field or an equivalent title (diploma recognized by CRS), complemented by further education in management. Experience in managing teams or professional experience demonstrating your ability to take on managerial responsibilities. In-depth knowledge of the Vaud socio-health field.
