Our stores operate 24/7 across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You'll be responsible for managing your section efficiently-whether that's replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food-making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy. You'll support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales, service and standards targets.
  • Manage daily operations of your section, ensuring accurate stocking and presentation.
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Co operate with other departments to solve operational issues.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming store environment.
