Job Description
Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - DB Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions Outsourcing Practice in Bristol. This role is focused on delivering high quality service to our clients and leading a team of DB and DC administrators.

How you'll make an impact
  • Oversee day to day client relationships with trustees and corporate clients, including participation in meetings.
  • Provide expert advice on pensions queries and stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Manage errors and complaints, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Inspire, motivate, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and other key projects.
  • Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement in processes and service quality.
  • Monitor staff performance, address concerns, and implement improvement plans.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with occupational pension schemes, especially DB schemes.
  • Proven expertise in pensions projects, scheme events, and complex manual calculations.
  • Experience as a Principal/Senior Administrator or Deputy Team Lead.
  • Strong people management skills with ability to inspire, coach, and develop members.
  • IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
  • Ideally QPA or PMI qualified (not essential).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
