JAY TWO EN THREE LTD trading as LONDIS is recruiting for a Team Leader - Retail to join its growing retail operations team in Kippax, England. The role focuses on leading daily store operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead and supervise daily retail store operations
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support store employees
• Create and manage staff schedules and shift planning
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalated issues professionally
• Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and weekly stock-taking
• Analyse sales and inventory reports to improve business performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Manage cash handling, banking, and minimise operational wastage
• Implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Support food preparation and service standards where required
• Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Candidate Requirements Required

• Current right to work in the United Kingdom
• Currently residing in the UK
• Currently holding a Skilled Worker visa (sponsorship transfer applies)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and motivate retail staff
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Understanding of food safety and retail compliance standards
• Ability to commute or relocate to Kippax LS25 7AF

Preferred

• Graduate degree with relevant retail experience
• A-Level qualification (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience
• Previous experience in retail leadership or hospitality management
• Experience in food preparation or convenience store operations
• Experience handling inventory, stock control, and cash management
• Previous experience training and developing team members
