Team Lead Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineer (German Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineer (German Speaking). The role is permanent position based in Solothurn Canton & comes with good office flexibility.

Your role:

• Lead & develop a team of Modern Workplace, Cloud & ICT Service Desk specialists from both a personnel & technical perspective.
• Actively shape customers digital transformations.
• Manage & implement projects in the fields of Modern Workplace & IT outsourcing.
• Drive new services & internal process optimizations.
• Design future-proof solution concepts as a technical architect in the M365 & Azure environment.

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the area of Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Leading Teams & Projects.
• Skilled & experienced in M365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Cloud Computing, Hybrid IT & ITIL Processes.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area Computer Science or Similar.
• Strong leadership skills, confident & an excellent ability to inspire others.
• Self-motivated, a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial & goal, service & solution-oriented.
• In possession of a Category B Driving License.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & a very good command of German (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
