We're looking for a motivated, compassionate, hands on leader to guide our dedicated night team of Care Assistants and help shape exceptional, person centred care for our residents. - Lead and coordinate the care team during your shift
- Administer and audit medication safely

- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the care sector
- Experience administering medication
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide original documents for a DBS check
- Experience with care audits and quality monitoring
- Knowledge of CQC standards and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Restore2, First Aid, and Fire Warden training
- £14.44 per hour
