Job Description
I am looking for Team Assistants/Administrators to register for upcoming permanent positions within Charities, Membership Bodies and Not-for-Profit.

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Coordinate team schedules and manage appointments
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Manage communications, both internal and external
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform other relevant tasks as required by the team
Profile
A successful Team Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Worked within a Charity, NFP or Membership body
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative
