Responsibilities
  • Take calls from internal colleagues and members of the public; maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Input data into internal systems.
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and take minutes of meetings.
  • Respond to, redirect emails, and manage a generic mailbox.

Training and support will be provided in these key areas.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Experience working in a busy office environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office are desirable.
