We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, approachable, and proactive Team Administrator to join our dynamic New Forest CAMHS Team, based in the New Forest Locality.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. You will be confident working both independently and collaboratively, able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering a high standard of work.
Please note this post is full time 37.5 hours per week.
At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
Main duties of the job- Provide comprehensive Administration and Secretarial support to the service.
- Organise own workload and delegated decisions/actions as deemed appropriate by the Team Admin Coordinator/Team Manager.
- Prioritise the needs of the service user as the utmost priority, ensuring high quality customer care.
- Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients.

Qualifications- NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or evidence of equivalent practical experience
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- A good standard of typing, RSA 3, or equivalent experience
