Job Description
Team Administrator

The closing date is 13 May 2026.

The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Corporate Nursing Team, including Professional Lead Nurses, Senior Nurses, Project Managers, and Administrators. The post-holder will work within well defined administrative processes and will require excellent organisational skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Corporate Nursing Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Support the organisation and minute taking of meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas and action logs.
  • Attend base location at least one day per week, sometimes an additional day, to provide essential administrative support such as handling post and scanning, printing and working with the wider team for service delivery and team development.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to nursing quality metrics, audits, and professional standards.
  • Assist in the collation and submission of reports, data, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for enquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Support the coordination of nursing related events, training sessions, and communications.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance in all administrative processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative systems and processes.
  • Provide cover for other administrative staff as and when directed by line manager.

Qualifications
  • English & Maths to GCSE grade 9 to 4 or equivalent qualification
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration skills including use of Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
Experience
  • Experience of working with people in an information, advice, health or support capacity with at least 2 years working experience
