The Continence and Products admin team is expanding. We are looking to grow our team with enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team of administrators (working three, four or five days a week).
Based at Exchange House, Hersden, Canterbury, our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (we do not work bank holidays or weekends). Your training will take place at our base. Once fully trained we offer a 50/50 split of working from home - office chair, desk and IT equipment are provided.

Main duties of the jobCould you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Your role will involve providing administration support to our hard working frontline NHS teams. We put patients first and expect all colleagues to do the same. While NHS experience is not a requirement, you must share our passion for delivering excellent patient care and keep that commitment at the forefront of your work.
We offer flexible working patterns ranging from 22.5 hours to 37.5 hours a week - tell us your ideal pattern and we will accommodate.

Job responsibilitiesAs a community Trust, many of our roles require individuals to be able to drive to perform their duties. If driving is required, you must hold a full UK driving licence or an EU licence not exchanged from a non EU country. We support candidates with disabilities to work with alternative arrangements.
Person Specification Qualifications- Level 3 qualification (e.g. 2 A/AS levels, NVQ level 3, BTEC diplomas, certificates and awards, International Baccalaureate diploma) or equivalent demonstrable experience
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialist or Team Leader or Supervisor
- Experience of team working and versatility to take on a variety of tasks
- Experience of handling confidential information
- Supervision of staff
- Experience of working with members of the public
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Understanding of health and social care sector, including working knowledge of NHS structures, policies and processes
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- Ability to concentrate and focus on diverse tasks whilst dealing with frequent interruptions
- Ability to record accurate minutes of meetings and present to a high standard
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to plan and organise own workload without direct supervision
- Ability to cope with pressure during busy periods and act in a professional manner at all times
