Job Description
Team Administrator£ 25,000 - 28,500 City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a top Law firm who are seeking a Team Administrator to join on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:
- Arrange bookings of conference rooms, taxis, refreshments, video conference facilities and liaise with meeting attendees, both internal and external.
- Administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing and assisting the office with secretarial tasks
- Organise document management, including closing files, archiving and electric filing
- Submitting invoices for payment through the accounts team and dealing with expense claims
- GCSE's grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
- Experience within an office environment would be desirable
- Excellent communication, organisation and computer skills
