What You'll Do

Work alongside teachers to support engaging, inclusive lessons across a range of key stages and learning settings. Provide one to one and small group support for students with varying needs, assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or tailored strategies, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to a nurturing environment where every pupil-regardless of ability or need-can thrive academically and personally.

Role Requirements

• Recent classroom experience in a primary setting
• Confidence supporting engaging lessons to mixed ability classes
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Holder or willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS
• Eligibility to work in the UK
