A friendly primary school in Walton-on-Thames (KT12) is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
You'll be joining a school that places children's wellbeing and academic progress at the centre of everything they do, working alongside experienced teachers to help every pupil succeed.
The RolePosition: Teaching Assistant
Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (KT12)
We're Looking For Someone Who:- Has previous classroom or childcare experience
- Is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning
- Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- Is patient, adaptable, and reliable
- Can confidently support children across KS1 or KS2
- Has SEN experience or experience supporting pupils with additional needs, which would be a great bonus
- Has a child-centred approach to learning
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups
- Encourage confidence and independence
- Support children with varying learning needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
- Help maintain an engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
