Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, communication and interaction, learning and pastoral needs.
• Assist pupils in accessing education, engaging positively with school life and making progress within a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Work under the direction of teaching and inclusion staff to provide targeted support for individual pupils and groups, removing barriers to learning.
• Promote emotional wellbeing and support positive engagement across the school.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Preferred experience and skills include:

• Experience working with young children, particularly in a nursery or primary setting.
• Understanding of SEND and SEMH needs and strategies to support them.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
• Commitment to the Catholic faith and inclusive education values.
