Ideal TA Candidate Profile:
  • Experienced:Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
  • SEN Support:Ability to provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
  • Child Development Knowledge:Basic understanding of childhood development and effective support strategies.
  • Team Player:Strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Empathetic Listener:Help pupils increase their confidence and self-esteem through active listening and appropriate interventions.
