Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Pay: £100 - £125 per day
Contract: Full-time Temporary Long-term
Start Date: 5 June 2026
You will work closely with the room leader and wider early years team to support children aged 0-5. The role focuses on delivering engaging, play based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities- Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5
- Deliver engaging, play based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support childrens social, emotional, and educational development
- Observe, assess, and record childrens progress where required
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, hygiene, and outdoor play
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial experience and/or relevant training. Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.
