The School and RoleThis inclusive multi-academy trust specialises in supporting pupils with a range of complex and additional needs across its settings. With a strong emphasis on personalised learning, therapeutic support, and developing independence, the Trust provides a nurturing and structured environment. The role involves supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping to deliver tailored learning activities and contributing to a collaborative, supportive staff team.
Requirements- Experience working with children or young people
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- A patient, adaptable and caring approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
