Milk Education are recruiting for purpose driven, ambitious Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Trafford area.

This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced Teaching Assistants and those looking to gain further classroom experience to work across a range of school settings while making a real difference to pupils' education.
What You'll Be Doing in the Role:- Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Providing one to one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
- Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including SEND where required.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to the class teacher.
- Recent and relevant experience working within a primary school or educational setting is desirable.
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
