Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Resource Base
Location: Aston, Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 - £105 per day / £445 - £525 per week
Responsibilities- Support pupils with severe learning difficulties and additional needs
- Assist with personalised learning programmes
- Provide personal care where required
- Support communication using visual aids and AAC
- Work collaboratively with teaching and therapy staff
- Experience supporting complex or profound learning needs
- Confident with personal care
- Patient, nurturing and adaptable
- Knowledge of PECS, Makaton or similar communication strategies desirable
- Specialist SEND support roles
- Ongoing CPD
- Weekly pay
- Dedicated consultant support
