Salary: Grade 5, SCP7-12, £26,403- £28,598 per annum (£23,864- £25,848 Pro Rata)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time plus 10 days

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to progress and access learning.
• Be adaptable, flexible and able to navigate changes quickly and effectively as student needs can change from lesson to lesson.
• Work as part of the teaching assistant team to provide progress and support for students.

Requirements

• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to respond to changing student needs from lesson to lesson.
• Enhanced DBS check (mandatory) as part of pre-employment checks.
• An online search will be completed for shortlisted candidates as part of the verification process.
• The role is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
