GSL Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant Supporting SEMH to work in a specialist school in Birmingham (B12). This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience managing challenging behaviour and supporting students with additional needs.

Provide 1:1 and small group SEMH support

Assist in delivering structured interventions

Support students both inside and outside the classroom

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement

Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment

Previous experience supporting challenging behaviour

Patient, adaptable and resilient

Strong teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply)
