Teaching Assistant

Kingsbury Green Academy

Salary: Grade E £25,989-£26,824 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary: £16,614 - £17,148.29(DOE) pro rata

Contract: Part Time and Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (to include an unpaid 20-minute break and 40- minute lunchbreak)

Job Overview

Kingsbury Green Academy have an exciting opening for a positive and committed Teaching Assistant:

The main job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • To offer support for students with SEND
  • To work collaboratively with teachers to ensure students who have SEND are appropriately support.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the curriculum, to support students with SEND,
  • Be an effective member of the school community, contributing to all

aspects of support within school.

As a successful candidate:

  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • 5 GCSE's including grade 4/C in English and Maths
