About this jobAbout the role: Working under the overall supervision of the Assistant Head teacher/senior leader you will be responsible, on a day to day basis, for supporting individual or groups of learners who access the Pupil Referral Units.

- Able to implement specialised programmes of support
- Able to support learners with challenging behaviour
- What you will do: Monitor and provide for the general care, safety and welfare of learners, including tasks connected with their social inclusion and providing for their personal, physical and health care needs.
Establish productive working relationships with learners, acting as a role model, demonstrating positive values, attitudes and behaviour and setting high expectations. Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all learners within the classroom, encourage them to interact and work co operatively with others and engage all in activities.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check.
