Primary schools across High Wycombe (HP12) are looking for enthusiastic LSAs and Teaching Assistants, with daily supply, short-term and long-term opportunities available from September 2026.

The Role- Position: LSA / TA
- Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term & Short-Term/Daily Roles
- Location: High Wycombe (HP12)
- Start: September 2026
- Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
- Is patient, caring and confident supporting pupils
- Can work effectively one-to-one and in small groups
- Can support literacy, numeracy and wider classroom learning
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and positive behaviour
- Can support pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Works well as part of a wider school team
- Provide targeted classroom and small-group support
- Help pupils build confidence, independence and positive learning habits
- Support teachers with resources, activities and routines
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
