Teaching Assistant / LSA Required in High Wycombe

The Role

• Position: LSA / TA
• Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term & Short-Term/Daily Roles
• Location: High Wycombe (HP12)
• Start: September 2026

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• Is patient, caring and confident supporting pupils
• Can work effectively one-to-one and in small groups
• Can support literacy, numeracy and wider classroom learning
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and positive behaviour
• Can support pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Works well as part of a wider school team

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Provide targeted classroom and small-group support
• Help pupils build confidence, independence and positive learning habits
• Support teachers with resources, activities and routines
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
