Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of high-quality learning activities inside and outside the classroom.
• Assisting teachers in implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual student needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing environment to help children thrive academically and socially.
• Contributing to the development of inclusive practices that support all learners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant education support.
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
