Teaching Assistant - Growth, Training & Student Wellbeing

Ark Acton is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join its team from September 2026. The role reports to the Assistant Principal and focuses on supporting teaching, learning and pupil wellbeing across the academy.

The position is part-time during term time, with a permanent contract. Salary on the Ark Support Staff Scale - Grade 5 FTE £31,083 - £34,857, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and a supportive school culture.
