32.5 hours per week - term time only. 8:20 am to 3:20 pm Monday to Friday

Actual Pro rata Salary £18,378

This is an excellent opportunity to join Fir Tree Primary School and Nursery, a primary school within the Newbury Academy Trust. We are seeking to appoint and support an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, who wants to work with children and young people, as a Teaching Assistant in either our mainstream or resource provision.

The Successful Candidate Will- Support children in lessons to access the curriculum and in interventions where required
- Be able to work closely with a range of teachers and professionals
- Have a sound general level of education including Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Be able to communicate effectively with parents, children and colleagues
- Have a good sense of humour
- Be enthusiastic and patient
