Contract: Zero Hours Contract
Hours: 15 Hours per Week - Thursdays and Fridays
Salary: Up to £43,635 FTE (subject to a September pay review) depending on experience

The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teacher of Business Studies to join our fantastic team.
About the role
To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, enabling students to achieve strong academic outcomes and develop a sound understanding of business concepts and real-world economic issues. The post-holder will contribute to curriculum development, support student progress, and uphold the school's commitment to excellence, inclusion and safeguarding.
What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies up to GCSE level, delivering engaging and relevant lessons.
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning aligned with departmental schemes of work.
- Set ambitious targets and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and contribute to departmental tracking.
- Inspire pupils to develop commercial awareness, critical thinking and enterprise skills.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as enterprise clubs, competitions or trips.
- Being aware of and complying with all school policies, including those relating to teaching and learning, and assessment
