A welcoming and supportive primary school in Hertsmere is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years or KS1 Class Teacher to join their team from September. The Role

• Full class teacher responsibilities within Early Years or Key Stage 1
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework or KS1 National Curriculum
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within EYFS or KS1
• Strong understanding of early child development and phonics
• Creative, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
