Reception Class Teacher Required for Outstanding Primary School in Slough About the role:

At Engage Education, we are currently seeking an ambitious and creative Reception Class Teacher for an Outstanding Primary School in Slough. This role is available from January 2026.

The school has an enthusiastic, supportive team and prioritises the development of both teachers and pupils. If you have a proven track record of supporting early years development and have a passion for fostering literacy, numeracy, and social skills in young children, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has:

• Full QTS

• Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons for Reception-aged children

• Confidence in supporting children of all abilities

• Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills

• The ability to think quickly and adapt lessons to meet the needs of young learners
