We are hiring for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing corporate law firm in Dublin, seeking a Tax Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join their newly formed tax practice. With a strong pipeline of transactional work, this is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to be part of something from the ground up while gaining exposure to complex tax issues across M&A, restructuring, investment funds, and private clients.

The Role:

  • Advise on corporate tax, restructuring, and investment-related tax matters

The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor (1-5 PQE) with experience in tax law

  • Ideally trained in a top commercial firm or tax-focused practice

  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and interested in business development

  • Exposure to corporate transactions, funds, or private wealth is beneficial
